Location
J Day Engineering is on the outskirts of a little village called Henstridge, in the UK. Henstridge is in Somerset, on the A30, about half way between Shaftesbury and Yeovil.
By Road - from the North (local):
Follow the A30 south through Shaftesbury, East Stour and then West Stour. About 2.5 miles after West Stour take a left turn, signed to 'Gibbs Marsh'. (If you get as far as Henstridge village - a cross-roads with traffic lights - you've gone too far...) 500 metres down this road you'll find us on the left in our shiny new workshop.
By Road - from the North (using the A303):
Exit the A303 at Wincanton and follow the signs for the A357 (Blandford Forum). Follow the A357 south through Templecombe, Yenston and into Henstridge. At the cross-roads (traffic lights) in Henstridge, turn left onto the A30 (towards Shaftesbury). About 1.5 miles out of Henstridge take a right turn, signed to 'Gibbs Marsh'. 500 metres down this road you'll find us on the left.
By Road - from the South:
Follow the A30 north through Sherborne, Milborne Port, and into Henstridge. At the cross-roads (traffic lights) in Henstridge, go straight on (staying on the A30). About 1.5 miles out of Henstridge take a right turn, signed to 'Gibbs Marsh'. 500 metres down this road you'll find us on the left.
By Rail
The nearest train station is Templecombe, on the Exeter line. (Make sure that you're in the correct carriges to get off there - it has a short platform!) The station is only a 10 minute drive from the workshop - give us a ring and we'll come to collect you.
By Air
Fly into Henstridge International Airfield and we'll come to collect you! Honestly, Henstridge really does have its own airfield and we're right next door.
