Your choices

Until you make a choice, we collect anonymous aggregate totals such as page visits, interactions and visible time to improve the website. These totals do not contain a persistent browser or visitor identifier. If you reject non-essential use, this anonymous measurement also stops from that point.

J Day Engineering does not sell your information. Optional measurement is used to improve this website and understand the performance of J Day Engineering's own Google advertising.

Essential storage

Essential technologies support security, requested forms and the operation of the site. J Day Engineering also records minimal technical events showing whether booking steps, vehicle lookups and submissions work or fail. These events do not contain a visitor identifier, referrer or advertising attribution and are used only to operate and diagnose the requested booking service.

dayspeed_privacy_choices records your privacy selection for up to 180 days so the site does not repeatedly ask. This preference is required to honour your choice.

Site analytics

If you allow site analytics, J Day Engineering uses first-party browser storage to connect pages and booking-form steps within a visit. This helps us understand journeys, returning paid visits and where booking friction occurs.

The first-party keys are dayspeed_session_id, dayspeed_session_last_seen, dayspeed_first_path and dayspeed_previous_path. Session identifiers expire from active use after 30 minutes and are cleared when analytics permission is withdrawn.

Advertising measurement

Google Ads is not loaded until you allow advertising measurement. If allowed, Google and J Day Engineering may use a Google click identifier and related campaign information to measure whether an advert led to a booking. J Day Engineering stores paid-attribution details for up to 30 days and removes them when permission is withdrawn.

Changing your mind

Use Cookie settings in the footer or the button above at any time. Withdrawing permission stops future non-essential tracking and clears J Day Engineering's related browser storage and accessible Google measurement cookies.
