"These chaps are excellent. After years of (often good, but always expensive) Lotus, Alfa Romeo, BMW and Audi Dealership servicing and maintenance of my past cars, my wife's beloved 2001 Audi TT was sent home by the local Dealership in July 2020 with an estimated £3842 of immediately necessary work and a further £1970 to follow for advisory maintenance work (including £1330 to replace a cloudy headlamp lens cover). The Parker's Guide valuation, even from a dealer, was about £2000 so the Old Girl tearfully decided that it was not worth repairing. Since it was owned from new by my old work partner, from whom I bought it for my wife, we took it to J Day with the list of work advised by Yeovil Audi. They were completely straight about what needed doing, replaced the cam belt, water pump, fixed the oil leak, serviced the Haldex, replaced two of the tyres, did all the other necessary work and had it back in perfect running condition for around a third of the estimated dealership price and it is now running perfectly and remains my wife's pride and joy"
